Greetings in Christ,

This Ministry is here according to the call of God to serve you in Jesus' name. If you have a need that I am able to help you with just ask. This Homepage will provide you with useful tools and information to help any along in their spiritual walk; who will turn from the world of sin unto God the Father in the name of the only begotten Son, Jesus Christ.

I have planned to redo this site for quite a while now. The HTML I wrote this site in is a little outdated. Some of the old commands don't work anymore in browsers like when you role over a picture and words would come up, sounds don't work as they used to. As when you first view the page you should have heard a sound as a bird (dove) flapping it's wings. They still work in some browsers I think, but the one I am using right now (Firefox) does not play them. I have kept an eye open for programs to use, but I want the site to be as clean as possible, not a bunch of computer generated symbols , if possible, as viewing the current code will show how I have programmed this in the past. So I may have to streamline a bit, for my goal is to present information first as clear as possible. Testifying of Jesus as it is written:

Revelation 19:10 10 And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. KJV

Without being too fancy and with no cookies. My internet service provider does record IP addresses and countries of origin, times and that kind of stuff of inquiries. In the future I plan , in the Lord's will of corse, to comment here on some of the events that have been happening which has spiked an interest in our homepage. May you be blessed and receive instruction and edification in Jesus' name.

Update: 5-26-2021, 4:19 EDT.

The salacious accusations from the Athens County Prosecutor and echoed by the Athens Messenger paper against me, Min. James R. Bellar (Dove Outreach), are complete lies. Neither group even attempted to contact me as minister and founder of Dove Outreach as this is my ministries' name. The Athens Messenger did try to contact me after the false printing, but after speaking to them a couple of times I have pretty much given up trying to reason with them. The times they have put my response in quotations have been accurate (to this point), but I have found the questioning has been to push a false narrative which they are blinded to believe. In my opinion neither group deserves the public trust or confidence. So to make it clear I am here called of God to live and preach the truth, as these two quotes of Scripture:

Hebrews 12:14-16 14 Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord: 15 Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled; 16 Lest there be any fornicator, or profane person, as Esau, who for one morsel of meat sold his birthright. KJV

John 14:5-7 5 Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way? 6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. 7 If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him. KJV

And by extension every Christian should know that we are here to show Christ. As a word of wisdom the Lord gave me many years ago when the world was attacking the time we mark as a celebration of the birth of Jesus. They would not type Christmas , but rather Xmas. And God the Holy Ghost said, We need to not only put Christ back into Christmas, but Christ needs to be put back in Christians; for there are a lot of Xtians running around here and you don't know what they stand for. (For X is the unknown variable as anyone in mathematics knows.)

For these things many hate me, but I will preach the truth in love and each person must decide for themselves what they do with it. This is why Christians and true preachers are here, to preach the Gospel to every creature. We are not here to "believe" for anyone else, but it is every soul's God given responsibility to use their God given faith, as "...God has dealt to every man the measure of faith." (Romans 12:3b) KJV, to hear and do God's Word.

Update: 6-1-2021:
I am going to add another page to this site for updates. I believe what has been stated on this first page is important enough to stay there as is and that anyone can know our stance from that message. However I may want to add more content on this subject that you may find edifying. So the button you may click on at the end of this text (UPDATES) will be an on going log of interesting events that have taken place regarding this subject.

  • UPDATES">Ongoing log of events, by no means exhaustive.

    The Cross is a Symbol of.......

    The cross of the Lord Jesus Christ is primarily the symbol of love. Secondarily it is the symbol of obedience, and thirdly of many thing flowing from love and obedience. Of sacrifice, and suffering; shame, and humility; injustice; hatred without cause; man's rejection of God's goodness, righteousness, and truth; propitiation for our sins; and victory in Jesus: for as he died once, Jesus arose from the dead and is alive the judge of the living and the dead. As is is written:

    2 Timothy 4:1-2
    4:1 I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;

    2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.

    These commands I seek by the grace and Spirit of God to keep. Therefore I admonish all who will hear. When the Father saw the cross of Jesus it is a proof of the obedience through love that Jesus had as man, for Jesus Christ came in the flesh, and thus God the Father counted that obedience for the redemption of all men. Jesus died in obedience to the Father, that we may be obedient through his love and power of the Holy Spirit. For Jesus died to first give us forgiveness of our sins, and to supply us with the power of the Spirit to live in obedience being born again of that incorruptible seed. Receive God's word, repent of your sins, then seek and do God's will all by his all sufficient grace. Now let me share the Scripture with you to help feed your spirit.

    Receive God's love:

    John 3:16-18

    16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

    17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

    18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

    1 John 4:10-12

    10 Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

    11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.

    12 No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.

    1 John 5:2-4

    2 By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments.

    3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.

    4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.

    John 14:15-17
    15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.

    16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;

    17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

    Obey God's Will:

    Jesus died not just for us to be saved from the consequences of our sins past, but to enable us to keep the will of God today by the Spirit of God.

    1 John 2:2-6

    2 And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

    3 And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.

    4 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

    5 But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.

    6 He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.

    Matthew 7:21

    21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

    James 1:22-25

    22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.

    23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:

    24 For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.

    25 But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.

    Luke 9:23-26

    23 And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.

    24 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it.

    25 For what is a man advantaged, if he gain the whole world, and lose himself, or be cast away?

    26 For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and in his Father's, and of the holy angels.

    Hebrews 5:8-9

    8 Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered;

    9 And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him;

    1 Peter 1:2

    2 Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied.

    1 Peter 1:13-25

    13 Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;

    14 As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance:

    15 But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation;

    16 Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.

    17 And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of persons judgeth according to every man's work, pass the time of your sojourning here in fear:

    18 Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers;

    19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:

    20 Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,

    21 Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God.

    22 Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:

    23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.

    24 For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away:

    25 But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.

    What must I do to be saved??

    Romans 10:8-13
    8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;
    9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
    10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
    11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
    12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
    13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
